What happens after I send my inquiry?

1. Submit your custom inquiry.

2. We confirm any design fees, shipping and the final total with you.

3. We create an Alibaba.com order and email you its payment link.

4. We verify payment and arrange the next steps. Production takes 5–10 working days after both parties approve the final artwork.

Production: 5–10 working days after artwork approval. Transit: typically 10–20 working days after dispatch; not guaranteed.

International shipping is arranged through a freight forwarder in China, typically on DAP or DDP terms. The applicable terms and shipping charges will be confirmed with you before payment.

Shipping · typically 10–20 working daysDAP / DDP transit is estimated at 10–20 working days after dispatch, separate from production time. Timing depends on the freight forwarder, destination and customs clearance. Delivery dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
